Before booking confirmation
A request does not reserve a table or occasion. You may withdraw it without charge before acceptance. The selected deposit is payable only after we confirm the actual venue, date, time, party size, included services and full price or minimum spend.
Our standard cancellation offer
For the reservation options on this website, cancellation at least 48 hours before the confirmed start time receives a full refund of the deposit. For later cancellation or non-attendance, any retained amount must be fair, proportionate and no more than the direct net loss reasonably caused by the cancellation, after savings and any successful rebooking. The maximum retained amount is the paid deposit. We refund any balance and explain the calculation on request. We do not apply a blanket automatic forfeiture clause.
Date-specific services and legal rights
A statutory 14-day change-of-mind period may not apply to catering, accommodation other than residential accommodation, or leisure services supplied on a specific date or period. This does not remove the cancellation promise above, or rights where a service is not provided as agreed. Where a statutory cancellation right does apply, it takes precedence. No general “non-refundable” statement overrides mandatory law.
Changes or cancellation by us
If we cancel or cannot supply the agreed booking, we offer a full refund of the amount paid for the undelivered service, or an alternative only if you agree. A material date, venue or service change requires your agreement. The confirmed venue and included services are set out in your booking details.
Refund method and contact
Contact bookings@pentagon5.bar or +447985755053 with your reference and requested cancellation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method without our charging a refund fee, normally within 14 days of agreement or within any shorter applicable statutory deadline. Your provider may take additional processing time before the credit appears. Complaints about service quality remain subject to applicable consumer rights.
