Service area
We arrange in-person reservation requests in London, with a focus on Shoreditch, Old Street, Hoxton and the City. Guests visiting from the UK or Europe can submit a request and choose GBP or EUR. There is no delivery service or delivery charge, and alcohol is not sold for shipping through this website.

Contact hours and response target
Monday–Thursday: 16:00–23:00. Friday–Saturday: 16:00–00:00. Sunday: 14:00–22:00. UK local time. We aim to respond to routine requests within one working day. These are booking-team contact hours; the confirmed event times depend on the particular venue and its operating arrangements.
Booking confirmation
Before payment we confirm the venue address, date, arrival time, party size, duration, included services, full price or minimum spend, any service charge, deposit and balance-payment arrangements. The listed deposits are credited in full to the agreed bill. A reserved-area option does not include exclusive use of the entire venue unless expressly agreed in writing.
Arrival and changes
Contact bookings@pentagon5.bar or +447985755053 if you will be late or need to change the guest count or date. Changes require written agreement and remain subject to availability. We discuss access requirements before you travel. Any material change by us requires your agreement; the cancellation policy explains refunds.
Food, alcohol and entry
The booking organiser must be at least 18. Venue entry and any alcohol service are subject to the actual venue’s rules, lawful authorisation and age checks. The listed deposits do not purchase specified drinks or food. If these are added, the actual menu, prices and current allergen information are supplied before you agree to them.
